I only concentrate to the reading then eat later, I find food being a distractor.

yes but I can definitely lose track of how much I’m eating so I try to have a portion set aside if I’m going to munch while reading so I don’t overdo it

I don't like to eat while I'm reading. I'll only do it if I'm in a hurry.

I do have a tendency to eat while I read. I try to keep the foods non messy so I don’t mess my kindle up.

If I am reading an actual book and not the virtual version, then NO, because I care about my books and I hate it when something damages them, like a stain.

If I'm reading an actual book probably just drinking tea. But novels on my phone, yeah with a lil snacks. Junk food and soda or iced coffee.

It's not something that I like doing. I only eat when I'm really hungry and the book is way too interesting to keep it on a hold. That's only when I eat and read.

I do have a tendency to snack while I’m reading. I try not eating things that are extremely messy while reading so I stick with chips or chocolate.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes it's enjoyable. Usually leads to distraction.

To me reading normally requires full concentration so I can't read and eat.

Yes I do, but it's usually tea or some other drink with maybe a snack like a cookie or something.

It's vice-versa. I need something to read while I am eating. Mostly a book that I have read long ago and need to freshen up the memories it created!

No, I seldom do. I do enjoy reading at coffeshops with a great latte on hand, though.

Yes I snack or drink something while reading. It just keeps me glued to my seat.
