Hello everyone!

What is your quick salad?the one you make when you don't have enough time?
Mine is: 1/2 cucumber
1/2 Tea spoon of olive oil
1 white onion
1/2 avocado
White vinegar or 1/2 lemon.

My quick salad is:

Handful of spinach
1 small tomato chopped
Mozzarella balls(2-5)
1/3red onion
Homemade Olive oil dressing

My favorite is
Rotini
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Zesty Italian Dressing

My quick salad recipe is
1 table spoon olive oil, 1 tea spoon white vinegar, 3-5table spoon salad dressing or thousand island, 1 clove onion chopped, fresh pineapple, fresh cucumbers, fresh lettuce, some cheddar cheese, mama mia.
