Coffee is great in desserts such as tiramisu when there is additional sweetness to balance out the bitterness of coffee, but I prefer tea as my go-to beverage. There are so many types like green, herbal, chai, etc. my ultimate favorite teas would have to be jasmine green tea and matcha. Both have considerable amounts of caffeine and taste amazing without any additives like milk or sugar. The bitterness of green tea is quickly offset by a sweet aftertaste.

Tea always. No coffee. Coffee does smell nice but I can't drink it. I wish that I could add hot chocolate but thread is about Coffee and Tea.

I love my green tea!!!! The first time I brewed it, I was disappointed with the color. I was used to Lipton tea and it brews up real dark. Green tea is usually a pale greenish tea color. I solved the color problem by using 3 small tea bags and it turns out a little lighter than the Lipton did. Green tea is so good for you and has a wonderful full-bodied tea flavor. I also use Truvia instead of sugar in my tea. I bought a glass container with a spout from Walmart and I like to add my water and tea bags and let it sit (sometimes in the sun or just let it sit on the counter) for about 20 minutes and I have perfect tea. No need to buy expensive tea makers with this method. I also prefer glass to plastic - the tea has a much cleaner taste without sitting in plastic. After I make my tea, I pour it into a glass pitcher and put it in the refrigerator. If we have a family get-together, I will add more tea bags and make the whole container full and everyone can get their glass full using the spout. So easy........................................

:wine: I really like tea and coffee. I have either one on a morning. Its a must to start my day.

Coffee is my pick me up when i need that boost. My favourite tea has to be the herbal ones.

I do love the taste and smell of coffee, but even a little bit of caffeine makes my heart race.

Tea is my game. All kinds of tea. There are so many varieties, it never gets old. Scoop in a little local honey, and now you're talking about pure joy.

Coffee. It has always been coffee for me. Whenever I am feeling low, or in the mood for a warm beverage, or planning to write, my to-go drink is coffee with milk. Also, my mom makes the best coffee, so totally in love with it!

I like both tea and coffee, both with lots of milk and some sugar.
Besides regular tea I like chamomile tea. Finally the title of this discussion reminded of the following nursery rhyme
'Molly, my sister and I fell out,
And what do you think it was all about?
She loved coffee and I loved tea,
And that was the reason we couldn't agree!'

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I do love tea! Jasmine and chai are my favorites.

Both. I don't think I can give up on any of them.
