Coffee provides a lot of advantages for me. Coffee is my go-to when I need to grind more in my academic efforts. It helped me feel more alive while also allowing me to retain the concepts from my classes. Coffee can save your life.

Even though I love coffee, I only drink it on special occasions because I don't want to rely on it and it also inhibits iron absorbtion which is something I'm kinda struggling with sometimes.

Regarding teas, I love herbal teas like artichoke because it's really good for the liver and I look at it as a sort of "maintenance" drink, haha! Sometimes, when I'm craving something sweet, I make myself some licorice root tea because it has a subtle sweetness; it's quite delicious (for a tea).

When I was little I found a book about herbal teas in my parents' library and I was amazed with all their benefits.

Tea. There's more variety and can assist with certain things. Coffee can be unhealthy and there are no alternatives other than an increase in caffeine.

I don't like both. But I prefer tea than coffee. I drink tea to keep me awake sometimes.

I love coffee. I drink it three times a day with milk and half a spoon of sugar. I only drink tea when I am sick of trying to lose weight by not eating in the evenings. Then I drink tea to fill in my stomach :D

I am a tea addict. I take tea quite a number of times in a day. Occasionally, I might go for a cup of coffee also.

I'd have to go with non-caffeine tea. A cup during breakfast and maybe one before bed. My favorite time to drink it is on the way to school on a cloudy, cold, and rainy day.

Coffee in the morning with lots of milk and some sugar. Tea for the rest of the day. Anyone heard of Rooibos? It's native to South Africa. Naturally sweet (but not too much) and without any caffeine. Delicious as an iced beverage. I sometimes find I cannot handle too much caffeine but want a tealike drink so this is perfect.

I think I have to adopt this your coffee ritual. I have heard coffee can be really good and helps productivity. But I mostly take tea, weather or not lol. But I will try your ritual.

Wow that’s interesting. What does Bailkal taste like. Do you buy it online?
