I have to drink from bottles to make sure I met even half of that, if it's up to me I wouldn't drink at all

I barely manage to drink a full glass of water a day, I never remember to drink water.
The only time I think of drinking water is when I am obviously dehydrated with very very chapped, peeling lips, and i feel tired.

I do drink tea a lot each day, so that !makes me feel better about myself, but I know that isn't enough.

I have reminders set in places to remind myself to drink water or else I don't drink the recommended amount.

I fill up a 1.5 liter bottle at work and drink that through the day. That’s a little more than 50 oz and then I have a few glasses at home so yeah I think I hit the 8 glasses a day.

I tried it and the bathroom breaks I had to take were very frequent. But my skin looked hydrated. :roll2:

It's a bit difficult, but it's not just water right? Anything that hydrates you like tea, juice, watermelon. Mix it up and you'd get your 8 cups a day.

This is one of the rules that I break almost everyday. Especially in winters when my body can retain itself even without a glass of water the whole day, drinking 8 glasses a day becomes a tough challenge.

This is about right, and apparently if an individual is going through a medical recovery, it is recommended that you drink 10 cups of water/day. I remember this after I had a major procedure on my pancreas, and my doctors just advised me to adjust.

I find it hard to drink just 8 cups of plain water everyday, so I soak half a pineapple, half an orange, some strawberries and some basil with slices on lemon, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, in a large glass jar overnight. In the morning, I strain the fruit and just have a couple of cups of this throughout the day, while alternating with regular water, it makes hydrating easy!
Positively Seas the Day,

I do not follow that rule. Sometimes I will just drink a little bit per day. When I get thirsty, I drink more then.

Water is my go-to drink, my number 1 refreshment over anything else. I don't drink caffeine - soda, coffee, energy drinks... none of that. Water, milk and juices do me just fine. So to answer the question, I can easily drink 8 cups of water a day and more. Plus it is healthy for the body so if you don't drink 8 cups, try for at least 3 cups just to help keep hydrated. That's my bit of 2 cent sense... lil advice on the subject - I hope maybe 1 person takes into consideration! =]
Happy H2O peoples!
