I've definitely a failure when it comes to abiding by this rule. I drink way too much coffee and could drink a lot more water. Being a parent means forgetting some things about your own health sometimes.

I find this very difficult to do! I have found that the more water I tend to drink, the more I crave water. Saying that I usually don't drink the recommended 8 glasses per day. 😂

Mostly follow the rule. Sometimes when extremely busy with some sort of task or when in middle of something, I can even beat a camel- no water for 5 days straight and no food for 3 days; that was the longest I survived.

I have never kept track, I thing that the advise is outdated and does not take into consideration the different types of bodies and daily activities.

Sometimes I met, sometimes not. When I am at home, usually I can drink 8 glasses, but on other occasions and places, it lessens.

I don't follow it simply because I don't see the rationale behind it. There are alot of things to consider while taking water including your size, body needs and for instance if you have been working out.

Oh my goodness this got me unprepared I just tend to break this rule. Today I think I just had one glass. I want to try this rule.

I agree with you, water actually keep the body alkaline in nature and water also keeps you away from doctor.

I totally agree with you. I know for the fact that drinking enough water is healthy but I just can't find a way to make that an habit.

I think eight glasses of water a day for some is unrealistic. I sip on water throughout the day while I'm working, but I'm also a coffee and tea drinker as well. I'm no scientist, but I feel like a person on the smaller side shouldn't require the same amount of water as someone much larger. It should be based on weight.

Drinking water is necessary for survival. I drink more than eight glasses at the end of the day. I don't do it knowingly.
