Mango sticky rice!! I first tried it on a trip to Thailand and it blew me away. The sticky rice is made with coconut milk and goes perfectly with the succulent Thai mangoes.

I love mango acharu. This is something we enjoy in Sri Lanka and involves unripe mangoes cubed and mixed with spices like salt and chili. It’s delicious and acts as the perfect way to satisfy cravings sometimes.

Yes, I can relate. Here in Jamaica we peel then dice the 'turn'/half ripe mangoes and put salt and black pepper on them. Very delicious and mouthwatering.

Just plain mango is my favorite. But I am not sure if it is enough to call it a dish. But unripe mangoes are used to make a fantastic sourly pickle.
