I personally prefer chicken. Cheap, healthier, easy to work with. Although I buy pork often too, just to mix it up. Both chicken and pork are staple meats in the meals I prepare at home.

I enjoy chicken in so many of my home cooked recipes. I often use chicken thighs in my pressure cooker or slow cooker because they stay so tender.

Pork is unhealthy, so, I do not eat it often but I like it better than chicken.

I prefer chicken. I actually do not care for pork and rarely eat it. Pork seems greasy or fatty to me.
