I prefer chicken. I feel it's less slimy compared to pork. I have never cooked it however, only had it at restaurants/for takeout.

Chicken for sure is my preference. I feel that more goes with chicke and pork can be a bit too salty for my liking

I personally prefer chicken because it is a leaner cut, but pork tenderloin is also a lean cut of pork if you're looking for lean, low fat protein. In addition to having similarities in fat content, chicken is more nutrient dense in: iron, zinc, selenium and some varied B-Vitamins. Whereas pork is more nutrient dense in: thiamine, potassium, iron, magnesium and specifically Vitamins B6 and B12.

Eating a diet that is rich in nutrients is important too, so I think it boils down to personal preference and what your body is trying to tell you. I feel like if you usually eat chicken but you're craving pork, then spring for the pork tenderloin, because your body might be trying to tell you that you're missing nutrients in that matter.
Positively Seas the Day,

I prefer chicken. Pork is usually the last choice however I do like grilled pork and pull pork sandwiches. I usually eat pork during bbq season.

Chicken is what we usually do the most, but we've gone with more of The Other White Meat the last couple weeks. Next week it's back to chicken though.

Beef will forever be my choice. But, between pork and chicken, I would have to go with chicken, I like more foods with chicken on them than pork.
