This may seem basic, but I've always loved green tea. I only drink green tea in the morning and early afternoon however, due to its caffeine content. In the evenings, I settle down with some chamomile, since it has a bit of melatonin to assist with sleep.

Green Tea is my favorite. I also like Irish Breakfast black tea, lemon ginger tea, Night Night tea (for when I can't sleep), and chamomile tea.

I love apple cinnamon tea because it’s both refreshing and soothing and I am a huge fan of cinnamon so why not.

I like chai tea and peppermint tea. I think peppermint is my favorite, and I drink it iced or hot.

I like Rooibos (red) as a base, mixed with some chamomile and homemade vanilla sugar. I recently purchased some white rooibos but I haven't really tried it. I'm trying to get into tea because I have always been a coffee drinker and I'm trying to get some liquids other than coffee in my system on a daily basis. I'm kind of lazy and coffee is so easy and if you go for the canned stuff, it is cheap, about 50 cents for a 12 cup pot, making it way cheaper than bottled beverages. I ordered a bunch of different ingredients (tea, herbal tea, flowers, herbs, spices, sugars, and dried fruits) and sealable tea bags - the plan was to make up a bunch of little packets so then I could have them on hand. I haven't done much with them yet, but someday...

I particularly like Hibiscus tea. Not only does it have a nice cranberry-like flavor but it also helps to soothe sore throat, reduce high blood pressure and prevent heart diseases.

I love all kinds of tea. There are new ones I am always trying out. My favorite would have to be Earl Grey. It's delicious and smells divine.
