Smoothie or cereal?

Post by VAwkOb12 »

Which type of breakfast do you prefer cereal or smoothie?

If cereal then which cereal do you like?

If smoothies what is your favorite smoothie?

Cereal, oatmeal, or scrambled eggs. I like Cheerios the best. :)

Smoothies with spinach, berries, and cocoa powder. I don't find cereal very filling.

If I had to choose between smoothie or cereal, I would vote for cereal :) but it would be cream of wheat! I tend to eat eggs and toast in the morning though.

Cereal. I like my fruit whole and my breakfast crunchy.

I love a breakfast smoothie. Bananas, peanut butter, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, plain yogurt. It’s like banana bread in a cup. 😋

Smoothie could be a great for times like during a hot afternoon right after meals, they satisfy my refreshments needs. while cereals they help me a lot with my hunger thing. So, maybe i will pick cereals though smoothies are real good.

Cereal all the way and I'd say cerevita or corn flakes or a mixture of the two.
