Oatmeal! I love it nice and hot with almondmilk, bananas, almond butter, cocoa powder, and literally everything else. Or I like to make it the night before in a jar by just putting oats, almondmilk, coconut yogurt, chia seeds, flax, and any other toppings. Also, healthy pancakes are awesome! Made out of ground up oats, baking powder, water, cocoa powder, and molasses. I recommend going on YouTube and finding some YouTubers you enjoy that have lots of recipes.

Maybe not the most nutritious, but I always drink a Muscle Milk before I go to the gym. I work out better with it and don't want a full breakfast before I go. After I get back, I usually have a small serving of yogurt with my homemade granola (no sugar but lots of nuts, organic oats, cinnamon, flaxseed and a bit of agave syrup) and a handful of berries or lowfat cottage cheese with a handful of berries.

People from other parts of the world especially Africa may look at it from a different point. They will prefer something that will keep them going the whole day because once they get out in the morning, coming back home may only be about 6p.m on the evening so then nutritious breakfast in this case will be------- a full plate of pap a dish made From corn flower , poff-pof all with high contain of sugar to energy the whole day till next meal come up. Fitness in this case means what will carry u thro' the day. It implies to all members of the family.

I have different things, but my favorite breakfast meal is a couple pieces of turkey bacon, some hashbrowns, and toast. I know some may say that the potatoes and toast aren't that nutritious, but carbs give me energy through the day. So I just try to have enough to give me energy.

Eggs with a slice of whole grain toast, coffee, & water. The protein in the eggs helps curb my appetite & build muscle tissue. The toast gives me some healthy carbs for energy & the caffeine gives me a kick to get through my morning workout..... water is an absolute with all kinds of health benefits, but I never drink enough.

Whole grain bread with nut butter and Greek yogurt--keeps me satisfied until lunch.

I am from India and I really go with traditional breakfasts. It can be Pohe (riceflakes), Upma, Thalipeeth (bread made up of various grains) or simply dal-rice. These are nutritious and tasty as well and cooking doesn't require much time.

I usually just eat yogurt or some fruit with a cup of coffee. I do not eat a lot at breakfast.

OOOH! Crock pot oatmeal made with whole oats. It's nice a chewy with a nutty texture and taste that is far superior to rolled or instant.
Another recipe I happen to like is a sugar free banana nut bread I recently made. I used mashed bananas and Truvia Nectar in place of the sugar and a Greek yogurt was subbed for the milk. It was very moist. Maybe not the *healthiest* thing on the planet, but it was better than the original recipe.
