A good mix of both is definitely the best way to go. There is no point in doing one and neglecting the other.SilviaP21 wrote: ↑29 Jun 2017, 05:15 I agree. I think that the best results come from both eating healthy and doing exercises. But for me it's easier to diet. I just remove from the fridge everything I shouldn't eat and drink a lot of water. But when it comes to exercises, the only thing I usually do is just avoid the elevator. I'm not even sure if that counts as exercise )

You know what? I agree with you. Exercising has huge benefitsadan umar wrote: ↑07 Oct 2023, 08:07 I prefer exercising because dieting is a thing not everyone can do. Exercising is good for your body and relaxes your mind. Is is more efficient than dieting. Exercises like running, jogging, and gym also are very interesting as well as beneficial. But on the other hand, some people also prefer dieting because while doing dieting you can calculate calories you need to take per day and they can skip exercising.
