I just remove from the fridge everything I shouldn't eat and drink a lot of water. But when it comes to exercises, the only thing I usually do is just avoid the elevator. I'm not even sure if that counts as exercise :))
A good mix of both is definitely the best way to go. There is no point in doing one and neglecting the other.

Exercises like running, jogging, and gym also are very interesting as well as beneficial. But on the other hand, some people also prefer dieting because while doing dieting you can calculate calories you need to take per day and they can skip exercising.
You know what? I agree with you. Exercising has huge benefits

This is just like me. Although I try to eat healthy, my live for food is wild.

Well, it depends on how you do it. I am talking about dieting

I prefer exercising than dieting. It is really hard because I love eating. It is something that I also love doing.

I think dieting is much more important than exercise. It ultimately depends on your end goal. The answer varies per person.

Dieting and exercise work best for me because I have realized that if I just do one and not the other, I do not see any productive results. And if I just don't alone, I end up gaining more weight than losing it because I become more hungry than usual.

I struggle and struggle with my weight ever since having my kids. I was always a little chunky before, but going to the gym a few times a week and eating subway, I was able to get in really good shape in my early 20s. Now in my mid 30s I'm having the hardest time losing weight. Temptation is every where! My grandmother is always bringing me sweets. My weakness! And before I know it I've had two slices of cake, a handful of chocolates, and regret on my lips. How do I get this to stop? How do I become mindful enough to stop before I even start? I've read books, blogs, magazines, tried supplements, tried a hypnotist recording every night for a year... nothing seems to help. Am I doomed to be fat forever?

I never believed in dieting earlier, but now find that I'm gaining weight despite exercising. Think I need to control my diet a lot more. :(
