I make blueberry pannukakku seasoned with cinnamon powder and vanilla, almond, pecan, walnut, and hazelnut extracts. I went out to eat with a friend yesterday and the Mexican restaurant had run out of flan! So, I made pannukakku this morning. With bacon on the side...

I started my day baking chocolate chips cookies and a chocolate cake, but I am not sure they will be here tomorrow morning :D :P

For lunch, I was thinking pasta with ricotta and zucchini

For dinner, I have sausage or chicken wings. Someone has a recipe I can try for the chicken wings that's not too spicy?

I made fajitas with homemade seasoning. I texted a picture of my rather large fajita to a friend, and he texted me back a picture of his dinner which was a rather massive grilled steak and potatoes :| I was so elated with my dinner until I saw his! It was still really good though!
