I mainly eat rice with beans(red or black beans), curry and stews. When I eat just rice, I usually mix in garlic, parsley, Cajun seasoning and butter.

I take my rice mostly with a stew. This can be beef, chicken or plant-based such as peas. Occasionally I'll have it with fried meats as well.

I use rice in a lot of main dishes and side dishes when cooking at home. When used at a main dish, I love to cook fried rice. To cook fried rice, I cook plain sushi rice (in a rice cooker) and then I add some rice, oil, sesame oil, seasonings, green peas and some form of protein to saute in a pan until the rice is evenly crisp.

I eat rice with beans or peas. But i find peas to be more tasty. The process is just simple. While my rice is cooking, i put cook onions in some oil and then add tomatoes which make a thick paste. I leave it for some time till the tomatoes are cooked and then i can add my partially cooked peas. After mixing it with salt i leave it for a few minutes and i assure you that the meal is so yummy!!

We have the same thing in India too.
Dal, curry, kadhi and fried rice.
