I barely manage to drink a full glass of water a day, I never remember to drink water.Jacktone Ogada wrote: ↑16 May 2020, 04:38 It is adviced that one needs to drink 8 glasses of water daily to be healthy by the doctor. Do you meet the rule or break it? I find it hard to keep it and I even rarely keep track of the glasses I gobble up
The only time I think of drinking water is when I am obviously dehydrated with very very chapped, peeling lips, and i feel tired.
I do drink tea a lot each day, so that !makes me feel better about myself, but I know that isn't enough.

I find it hard to drink just 8 cups of plain water everyday, so I soak half a pineapple, half an orange, some strawberries and some basil with slices on lemon, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, in a large glass jar overnight. In the morning, I strain the fruit and just have a couple of cups of this throughout the day, while alternating with regular water, it makes hydrating easy!
