I actually do not like cereal. I may eat it three times a year at most. I’ll take a smoothie any day.

I like cereal. I eat Kelloggs corn flakes with whole milk or Golden morn Maize and Soya protein. It keeps me full before lunch time.

I love them both, but without any sugar. Sadly, I don't make a lot of smoothies due to lack of time, so it's usually just cornflakes.

I like to start my day with a protein-rich smoothie. The recipe I follow is 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder,1 medium-sized banana, 50g of rolled oats (soaked overnight), a handful of frozen or fresh spinach depending on availability, a handful of berries (strawberries and blueberries are my favorites), and a teaspoon of flaxseed. This recipe is particularly beneficial to those looking to get some extra fiber from their diet and also a balanced meal replacement smoothie on demanding days!

Cereal supremacy is irreplaceable. It’s a food that yields high protein in which, I basically need as I’m undergoing caloric deficit.

I'd choose cereal, specifically the frosted corn flakes.
