I'm from Trinidad and Tobago where our dishes are outstanding in flavour. Today I cooked rice and sauteed vegetables, mainly cabbages and tomatoes for a light fresh lunch.

I haven’t cooked today yet because it’s so early, but I’m planning on making tacos tonight!
