Wow! There was a lot of emotion in this short-story and I'm glad that I had the chance to read it!
Now it's all change, it's got to change more
Cause we think it's getting better

OK. I didn't cry, but only because you did enough foreshadowing to warn me what was coming.

Surprisingly, I didn't see that ending coming. I almost didn't read it, but decided to since it is so short. I'm glad I did. It was a good story.

Beautifully written! Paints a pretty image in your head at the beginning. Never once lost my attention.

I would say it's bittersweet but it's so sad! I admire/ honour the unrelenting love though, the soldierly/ never-dying love, and why did the husband have to be such a bottleneck!
