I enjoy challenges that involve setting a goal within a timeframe such as reading ten books in a month.

Noting challenges is a good way to chart the path forward.

Yay sounds fun, Could we do like whoever reads the most books in a certain time gets an extra reward? Or if you achieve your reading goal?

This might seem a little unorthodox but I came up with it because i'm trying to improve my reading speed while retaining comprehension.
For any given day, I try to read 2 full hours and time myself. (Pause if I use the restroom, get a snack, remove cat from jumping on my lap, etc). For each book, I record how many pages I get through in an hour(only comparing my rate for a given book to itself, to control for the difficulty of the material). I also use the 'lap' feature of my clock to see my time spent on each page. This helps prevent day dreaming and gives me a way to measure my progress over the summer.

I would suggest making a package of different genre of books and also the pages per day to be set in the challenge. There are some of the mobile apps which can be used to update the reading status dashboard. Is anyone pen for this?

I generally use Goodreads to keep track of the books I've read. They have a built-in challenge feature that works pretty well. I'd be interested in taking on some different ones though. Like pick a month and then whoever can read the most gets something or maybe pick a genre or curate a list of books.

My quarantine challenge is to read 50 books while in quarantine. But I only have 2 more weeks before school starts, and I've read only 32.
