Yes but I should probably avoid doing it because I end up sleeping. For me, it's better to read while sitting on the couch.

I like to read in a corner. I don't mind if its a bed or floor but I like reading in corners. I feel more comfortable to sit in corners than just wall or headboard

Actually no. I find reading actually wakes me up, I get very invested. I used to, but then I noticed I had a hard time sleeping when I needed to. I learned you shouldn't do too many day to day activities in bed if you have sleeping issues. Use your bed for sleep and intimacy with your partner, and that's about it. But if you haven't got this issue, more power to you. :)

I like reading in bed. I'd read in bed all day long if I didn't have to go to work. Normally I'll read in bed for a little while before actually going to sleep. I usually try to read a couple of chapters before turning in for the night.

I like to read in bed because that is when the house is the quietest.

I love reading in bed, I like it when my body is relaxed while I read. I think it even makes the book more enjoyable.

I absolutely love reading in the bed. It feels really cozy to lay down and read with a human size teddy beside you.

Seriously my OH works shift hours so if he's on nights I could end up reading right through the night if the book is good.
I woke up this morning at 5am with the light still on & the Kindle on the floor
... it's still showing signs of life thank God.
Actually I find the Kindle brilliant for reading in bed
My husband works nights and I find myself doing the same thing! I also read in bed while he is sleeping during the day.

Gbella wrote: 26 Aug 2011, 06:55 I love to read in bed. My favorite series is the Jack Reacher character from Lee Childs. I guess they call it "man fiction". I hate turning the light off when I am sleepy and done reading so I thought I would share with you a cool product I found called the Sunset Dimmer. You just plug your lamp in and it will gradually dim the bulb over 30 minutes. No need to turn the light off when you are done reading anymore and the gradual dimming is subtle and soothing.

I can't wait for the new Lee Child's book "The Affair" to come out. Anyone else out there a Jack Reacher fan??
I read in my bed almost all 90% of the time. The remaining possible places I could have read will take the 10%.

I like reading in bed because I get to be very comfortable while I'm reading, but if I'm too tired after work I usually end up falling asleep in the middle of it.

Most of the time I spent reading is on the bed. Especially during rainy days and my bed is next to the window.

I love to read in bed. But I'm ok with other places too. Wherever I can get nice and comfy with my book.
