Stream Of Consciousness
I am reminded of Sylvia Plath's friend, Viginia Woolfe. She wrote a book called Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolfe. The poetry had a way of
slipping in. A great book. Does anyone know about Stream Of Consciousness writing? I really think there should be more of it. It is a great way to release emotions. And.. is a careful way to make sense in an exploratory way.
There was a movie with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. My favorite... is Sylvia Plath. And Guiseppe Ungaretti.

Can anyone add to this?

You can do it in poetry or prose. It is essentially a poetic form.
The results will floor you. You feel your emotions... and find relief.
You can do really good things.

That is stream of consciousness writing. I have been doing it all my life.
Wolfe is much better at it than I can be. It is my speciality. It is basically poetry with no rules. It must however have a sense of humanity to it.

Oh, I see, that's very interesting. Unfortunately I'm not much of a poet, but I might give it a try.Pete Marchesi wrote: ↑24 Oct 2018, 13:32 It is pretty simple. You write down what comes to mind. What I do is turn on... It comes out well.

That's very good! I'll have to check out the writing of Virginia Woolfe.Pete Marchesi wrote: ↑24 Oct 2018, 17:28 Life is unusual. I sit at a bus stop. Stories go through my head. It opens my mind. But nothing goes in. It is a troubled feeling that I feel. That the bus stops at all. There is the sound of an ambulance. What is going wrong. But nobody speaks. It is like people are not frightened. But I know what is going on.
