Laying down.
Helps me to relax and enjoy the book better.
Sitting up to read just reduces the enjoyment.

It's just that I mostly read in the evenings after work when I have no other business. And I always do that in bed. And although at first I always start reading while sitting, over time I move to a supine position. Maybe it's because I read from the phone, and it's convenient to use in any position.

Unless I read in the evening. Then I would just snuggle up in bed.
