I'm in two at the moment that meet monthly.

Do you prefer online or offline book discussions, and why?

I would love to but I just haven't had the time. In high school I participated in a book club and I loved it so I will definitely have to look for one in my area.

My daughter and I meet with the library bookclub that meets twice a month. It's a fun group.

No, but I would like to. Unfortunately, the one at my local library is reading books that I'm just not interested in. I won't force myself to read a book that I can't get into.

No, even if I want to because we don't have a bookclub nearby my place. It would be lovely to participate an offline bookclub where people get to meet in person.
A joke is to entertain people. If it fails to do so, it's something else!

There are no book clubs where I live which sounds sad and is very unfortunate. But I'd love to be part of one.

Last year I participated in a Book Club at my school. I cant say I particularly enjoyed it. What I didn’t like was the pacing because I’m the type of reader than once I get into a book I would read it until it’s done so I didn’t like that we were limited to only reading certain pages and couldn’t go ahead. Also, we used to go around the table reading out loud which I also didn’t like because
I’m a fast reader so if someone was reading slow I would find myself going ahead.

Yes I do. But they're not as successful as the online ones. I do envy you though. I would've liked to have an offline book club to go to too.

I want to! Its hard to find the time as a parent of young kids. I was in a book club before having kids and moving away. It was a lot of fun!
