I'm trying to read 50 books! I tried last year, but fell short by a few. This year, I'm going to do it! :)

I feel weak seeing how high everyone else's goals are! I am not sure how many I read last year but I am going to play it safe at 20 this year.

Last year I made my goal 100 books and fell short due to the fact that I was reading some TOMES. So although I didn't hit 100 (I was somewhere around 70) I still made that my BOOK goal for this year, but switched it up to add a PAGES goal. So 25,000 pages it is :) And this way I'm not trying to avoid tomes just to hit a goal number of books for the year!

Happy reading!

:techie-studyingbrown: My goal for 2018 is 24 books. Life has gotten so busy but I'm certain I can read two books per month.

I set my goal at 50 books. Honestly its probably a little high but I work full time and I’m crocheting Christmas presents so that’s gonna take up a lot of time as well. Hopefully I can reach my goal anyway. :)

I usually don't count my books so I don't know what number. I am going to shot for 25 and see how that goes.

I'm hoping to read 50 books this year, but I'll be ok if I don't hit that goal because I really want to focus on my writing this year too

Ideally I’d love to say my goal was to read a book a week! However, considering something always comes up I’m going reword it slightly and aim for reading 52 books this year and not focus on the weekly updates.

My 2018 reading goal is 365 books. :tiphat: And I really hope I can achieve that. Last year, I had quite only a few books to read, like 50 more or less, cause life threw lemons at me and my family, and so I wish this year the best of luck!

And I'm really praying to have my own hardbound copy of House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende. :) :)

My minimum goal is 40, but I'd much rather hit 60.

I'm shooting for 60. According to Amazon, I read around 50 last year.

I am aiming for 26 books, but hope to read more as I have read 6 in Jan. How is everyone else getting on as the month comes to a close?
