Love of reading books are weird? yes/no
I was just watching beauty and the beast lately, and it kept me thinking where Belle is been thought as different because she loves book. What do you think about that? Are book lovers usually different from the rest?

But I also think it's more common to find book lovers now with all the e-book variations...so it's not seen as eccentric as it used to be.

Far be it from me to portend some Doomsday prediction, but I imagine that should the current system of things all come to a halt, for one reason or another, it is wise to back up the books with hard copies, just in case.
