Do you read non-fiction books?

I overwhelmingly read fiction books but I like to dip into non-fiction now and again if it is well written and the topic interests me enough!

It really depends. It seems like in some seasons in my life, I read more fiction. In others, I read more non-fiction. When life is more stressful, fiction helps me to decompress. Most of the time, I probably read 2-3 fiction books to every non-fiction. I do not read very many autobiographies or biographies.

I've been reading a lot of historical fiction, and I also read non-fiction books for the same reason.
I like both historical fiction and non-fiction because I can learn something new about a person,
a place, an event or a hobby.

I never used to; I used to love fiction and only fiction, but I've surprised myself by reading and reviewing two non-fiction books in a row and I'm currently working on a third. They're a lot more engaging and interesting when you pick a subject you want to learn more about. Most of the books I've read all taught me something helpful and important to me.

Non-fiction books are my favorite. I am not a huge fan of historical or geographical non-fiction books. My favorite are memoirs.

Definitely! A well-written, heartfelt story like American Wolf by Nate Blakeslee, which I recently finished, stays with me as long as a good novel.

I have always preferred to read "raw" material instead of fiction books. It's not that I don't like fiction books, but non-fiction books give a bigger room for learning facts and curious things.
