I should have done that. Never would I have parted with my lit books and I didn't. I still have them and my niece's as well, since she hates literature which is something I can't even begin to understand. I wasn't as savvy then as I am now. My Gram used to teach us to never loan or let someone borrow something unless we didn't want it back because people do tend to forget where they get things from.
