Do you read the extra books?
One example of this is the novel Four: A Divergent Collection which is a set of short stories told from Tobias' perspective, released after the Divergent book series was already finished.
So my question is, in general, do you read these "extra" books?

Thankfully, it's become more popular for authors to release collected short fiction.

That's what I do, it's good to hear considering sometimes I feel that not reading the extra books makes me less of a fan somehow.gali wrote:No, I don't. I just read the series itself and the extra doesn't interest me.

However, I recall reading a book by Pamela Aidan called, These Three Remain. It is in the perspective of Mr. Darcy and it took me awhile to figure that out. I never read Pride and Prejudice. Now that I read the storyline in Mr. Darcy's perspective, I think reading Pride and Prejudice would be either simple to understand or weird.
