'After the Fall' by Charity Norman, an excellent and moving novel about how tragedy impacts on family life, and what can lurk beneath an idyllic facade.
An Eye for an Eye only ends up making the whole world blind.

Started "The House of Unexpected Sisters" (No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency #18) by Alexander McCall Smith. I have read the other books in the series and loved them all.

I have started on Sapiens: a brief history of mankind by Yuval Noah Harari. A friend of mine said it was the best thing he has ever read, so I downloaded it and will give it a go. From the little I have read so far, I think I might be hooked.
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.

Ive been listening to an audio book, The Sinking Of The Titantic and Other Sea Disasters by Logan Marshall. Its quite informative, it tells of things not generally known about the Titantic, confused wireless reports, how some of the lifeboats had holes in the bottom and some of the women had to stick their fists in them to plug them, and other details that arent commonly known. Good book so far.

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I found this post and thought it interesting so here I am. I've just finished reading a classic book by Oscar Wilde, The Portrait of Dorian Grey. It's quite an interesting book. I'm currently on the verge of finishing my current find, Body of Evidence, from the Scarpetta Series by Patricia Cornwell.
