I just finished The Reel Sisters, a fun read. I am now reading Becoming Dragon. I used to read some Sci-Fi back in my early 20s. This should be interesting-nostalgia.

Why has this thread not been referenced since 2009? What the heck, are people not reading anymore?

I'm reading the book of the month The Sword Swallower and a Chico Kid by Gary Robinson. I'm also reading Developing a Supernatural Lifestyle by Kris Vallotton. I tend to read 2 books at a time.

I am about to get cracking on The Glass Bead Game by Hermann Hesse, which is his final novel.

That's on my list for the near future, maybe a couple of months away.

Fifty Fifty by James Patterson and Candice Fox. So far that’s my opinion of it as well. Patterson partners with a lot of authors. Some stories are good, some are not. This is the second in a series for this author. I haven’t decided yet if I like the characters or not. Time will tell.

Heal Pelvic Pain by Amy Stein and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
I have Interstitial Cystitis so I read a lot of books on health and wellness, and of course Eckhart Tolle is a beautiful writer and New Age thinker. I am constantly re-reading his books.

Hi! Thank you for asking your question.

I am just new in this forum so I am still on my first book ("Trip to Adele") while working my way through increasing my reviewer score level. It is a well-translated fiction book about one of the most famous songbirds of our time, as you would have already guessed. I would have first assumed that it is a biography but it is actually not; instead, it revolves around individuals inspired by her songs.

All the best to all of us.

I am on my way through Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan series books. Currently reading 'Under Fire'. But sadly there is a gap in my collection. I don't have 'Duty and Honour' so I may have to take a break while I procure it somehow.
