Just finished reading Smith by Sam B Miller II. I really enjoyed reading it, and the big part of my rating of 4 out of 4 was to do with the humor.

Just starting on two new books - So Big by Edna Ferber, winner of the 1925 Pulitzer Prize, and 120 Days of Sodom by Marquis de Sade, which I'm not too sure I will enjoy.
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.

Just started reading A Kingdom Forgotten by Charles W. McDonald Jr. Can't give a rating yet but it started out good. Interesting as the author gives "A Reader's Guide" prior to the prologue. The first part of this guide reads: I know what you're thinking... Holy crap! He's giving me a reader's guide! This can't be good!

At the moment I am reading Emma by Jane Austen. It's a great book and I highly recommend it. The main character (Emma) is still relatable even though it was written such a long time ago. She is independent and is just trying to help her friend find a man to marry but it gets all mixed up for her. I would really recommend that you would read this book!
