I've always wanted to read the Bible. As well as many other scriptures or books of other religions. I've never been to church nor was I raised religious, but I'm still fascinated with religion(s) and churches. I think the belief in something that was written so long ago and passed down for so long is fantastic.
One day I will read it, though I hear it's very hard to decipher or understand but I'll give it my best!

I have not I have always wanted to but I lose focus and I do better reading scriptures at times rather than trying to read the whole thing.

I was always interested in reading the Bible, but I could never commit to reading it from cover to cover. I had issues concentrating and some Bibles have very small font. Therefore, reading the Bible long-term was a physical strain for me.

I read parts of the Bible every Sunday in Church. I always see verses floating around in public. For example, verses printed on flyers, verses included in church announcements, verses on t-shirts, etc. I then look up the verses to fulfill my curiosity.

I have read the entire Bible. I believe that I read it just because and once for school, because I went to a Christian school for a while. I'd like to read some other religious texts as well.

I have read the Bible cover to cover many times and never get tired of reading it. I love reading Ruth and Esther.

One of my goals for 2017 is to read the entire Bible. I'm currently in the book of Judges.

I had to read it cover-to-cover in college. I don't recommend reading it that way or reading through it super fast. There is a lot of excellent content in the Bible, but when you sit down and say, "I am going to read this much by this time," there is a risk of it becoming a chore, thus ruining the experience.

I wish that I could say yes to this question, but no I have not read the Bible cover to cover. I have read several of the stories and heard of the rest. One of these days though, it is my goal to get through the entire book.

I tried. Several times. But as soon as I hit Deuteronomy (only the fifth book of 66), I lost interest. I read many books separately though back in the day.

I read the Bible cover to cover by reading one or two chapters a night when I was a teenager. It took a long time to finish!

As a few others stated, I am trying. It was one of my Lent pledges. I tried in the past and failed. This time I started with the New Testament and read a couple chapters a night. It will take me awhile but agree with others post, seems to be easier to accomplish that way.
