My biggest problem with reading is not enough time and all of the interruptions in the summer(the kids being home and bored).

Yes, exactly. My to-be-read list is so long I forget what's on it. I'm sad to think of all the books I won't get to because I forgot I wanted to read them. :(

Having enough series to read from the library! I don't pay for books if I can help it so I'm always searching out all the mystery series they have.

My biggest problem is putting a book down. I tend to get so absorbed into the story that I just won't do anything else until I've finished it (and that includes not sleeping)!

This is SO true! And since I'm determined to finish the books I read--whether I love them or not--time becomes an issue yet again...

My biggest problem with reading lies in the fact that I cannot pace myself. When I start a book, I need to finish it! It becomes very hard for me to simply stop reading and continue the next day. Sometimes, I will be up till 5AM reading before an 8AM class.

Aloha,

I go to the libraries for most of my books. It for saving money, and supporting the libraries. When I check out books, I have like 2 tote bags filled up. My biggest problem with reading is deciding which one to start. Blessings.

I would say that my biggest problem with reading is finding a book that holds and keeps my attention. That is the hardest part. Once I find it, I am hooked! Nothing can take me away from it. I become consimed by it, which is a good thing for the author, but horrible for my employer...lol

Finding new authors always seems to be a challenge. It seems so hit and miss.

I have a list of favorites that I always check for new books; however, I always seem to read them much faster than they can write them. Then I wander the library stacks looking for something that jumps out and says "Hey, I'm worth the time. You may enjoy me and not get bored."

I'm glad I found this site. I think it will help me find new authors.

That every book has an ending and I Get sucked back into reality once I finish a book. (Of course it's great to start a new one.)

I feel like my biggest problem with reading is that I get too involved with the story. People will ask me a question while I'm mid-sentence and I snap at them. There were times when I forgot to do basic things such as eating and sleeping. That really took a toll on my body. Lately, I've been trying to pace myself so that doesn't happen.

When I read I tend to block out everything around me. I often forget about the other things I need to do and don't notice time passing.
