Approximately, once in 10 yeas I read La grande Meute by Paul Vialar. It was written in French. I read it in Russian. I did not find an English translation. It provides an interesting view on destiny.

And The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, every time I read it I get sucked into the suspense with Robert Langdon again and again! This one I probably read at least every year, and then I yearn to read every one of his books over and over.

I agree with you! When I grew older I also came to the conclusion that there are just too many great books to reread them. As a child I did reread Sherlock Holmes series and Ivanhoe quite a few times though.Sdejardine wrote: ↑28 Aug 2018, 23:42 I rarely reread a book. There are just PO many good ones.
