Amazon and my library (e-books). I used to get many used books at McKays, an awesome bookstore near our old home.
Life without a good book is something MrsCatInTheHat cannot imagine.

Almost all of my books I get from the library. Many I trade/borrow and a few I buy at Chapters.

I always buy books from bookstores. I love to go there and check the books, I don't like to buy them online.

The library is my main source, especially if I stumble across a series that interests me. It drives me crazy when my library doesn't have all the books in a series, but most of the time I can request an inter-library loan. However, I like to have books on hand to read, so I find myself in the library used book sales every quarter. I especially love the days you can fill a bag for $5 rather than paying $1 each. Any yard sale or fundraising event where people are selling books gets my attention. There is a used book store in town I've been meaning to visit, but since I already have three milk crates worth of books in my room waiting to be read I have had to restrain myself. That is in addition to titles I have seen at the library and written down "for later" because I have plenty to read already. I rarely spend full price on a book at Amazon, and I have discovered used books on there which has been Awesome!

I go to the thrift store once a month and the library weekly.

I go to the thrift store once a month and the library weekly.
I also buy books on amazon. I used to go to BooksAMillion and Hastings, but haven't been to one in a while. Most bookstores around me closed down. When I'm in another city, I go to Barnes and Nobles, but end up finding it cheaper on amazon. I'll search through the book areas in Walmart and Target, too. I'm always looking for the best deals so that I can get more books!

I live in Wichita, KS and always try to buy my books at Watermark Books. It is a cute local shop and also has a cafe and monthly book clubs. It's amazing! I also hit up library sales. The last one I went to I got 15 books for $5! :D

I wanted to again spread the word about book shopping at Goodwill...I bought 26 books today for about $35. I lucked out and found almost the entire Black Dagger Brotherhood series, several Maya Banks, Robyn Carr, Nora Roberts and many more! Needless to say, I was in heaven! I also found a hardback Pain Relief reference book and a book on Forensic Science.

I get all my books from Barnes and Noble because it is convenient for me to do so. They are right down the street from my home. Also, I know that if they don't have a book I want. They will order it for me.

I get my books from Goodwill, used bookstores, Amazon, and freebies people give me because they know how much I love hardcopy books. I don't believe in ever paying full price for a book.

I prefer a good used book store more then any where else, but as they are becoming rare, I shop from Amazon, or the Powles books website.

I used to get all my books from Barnes & Noble, but since I've started reading on my Kindle I get all my books from Amazon.
