I keep a list of books in my "Notes" app on my iPhone, but I also use my Goodreads app to track books! A lot of times I've accidentally bought doubles of books without realizing, so I keep anything that I want to read listed on my Goodreads account, that way when I'm out shopping around, I can keep an eye out for something in particular.

This is interesting. I try to rely on my memory all the time. I guess I have to start keeping a list.

I do in the sense that I have a wishlist on Amazon, which is an app on my phone, which is always on me. So a specific, physical list designated for books only - in a way, yes.

I don't keep one with me but when I finish a book I will reference a list of made of things I would like to read. This helps me keep up with authors I read frequently so I can remember the order of books in a series and which by my favorite authors I have and haven't read.

When I go to the used bookstore I MUST have a list with me. The store is so big and not the most organized (you can find the same book in three different sections) so I don't buy anything unless I go in with a plan.

I keep a list online and snap photos of books with my phone when I'm wandering a bookstore.

I should make a more comprehensive list of my books. I know I own multiples of my ebooks due to using several different reading apps.

I used to have a list ( a print out ) and derived great pleasure it highlighting the finished ones. I used to feel a senseof accomplishment when I finish the list.

I do. Started writing down the book titles in my note app a few years ago. One is for the "to-buy" list, the other for "to-borrow" list. The latter is much longer cuz I've been on a book purchasing diet.
As much as I love the feeling of paying for books and owning them, I had to do something in order not to waste too much money. It works for me.

I actually don't! But that's a great idea! I usually see books but then leave the store and forget. I'll start writing making a list on my phone from now on

Yes, I do. One with the books I absolutely have to buy and one with the ones I need to read. I started recently, but it's really helpful ! You never know what you can find in the thrift store or markets !

I don't carry a list I suppose, but any books I plan on getting and reading I add to my 'to read' list on goodreads

I often have a list of books on me. Great when I get a book voucher for the local bookstore or have a birthday coming up :-)

Yes, I have a list. Just like I have a list of movies I need to, see again or buy.

I have a list of books that I read, but not for those I have not read yet.
