Yes, when i'm reading its like i'm watching a movie. If the book is properly detailed it comes to life, if not the picture wont hold in my head and i end up reading like i'm listening to my math teacher( there will be a lot of glitches and dead ends).

I have a habit of visualising whatever I read. The images are so vivid that it feels like watching a movie. Though sometimes, when I read something gross or tragic, this habit of mine can sorely backfire.

I always visualize the book I am reading while I am reading it. This is why I love descriptive writers who share settings in a way that you can picture them in your head.

If the book has a movie adaptation that I've already seen, then I just relive the scenes in my head. What I love about books is you're allowed to be as creative as possible with how you imagine the scenes or characters in your head as you read.

Yes, all the time! I see all the pictures and scenes that are described in the book. And, sometimes, I become one with the protagonist.

I find that I'm more in tune with stories when I imagine the scenes in the stories. I'm also able to remember the story easily.

Yes, I usually paint pictures in my head while I'm reading, especially if the book is a novel. They look more like snapshots than movies. Most of all, I tend to imagine what the characters would look like.

While I'm reading I can definitely see pictures, or at least imagine descriptions. I guess I have a very active imagination because I can also "feel" (like the breeze), "smell", and "hear" what I imagine the author is trying to describe. It makes my reading experience powerful and fun!

I do. The pictures never line up with other people's, so the ones that get adapted to film almost never match up.

I see like a movie, like scenes of a movie developing with the story while I read. If the description provided by the author is generous, I can build amazing scenes and what I would think is close to the description, if not, well I just fill in the blanks with my own ideas of how something looks like.

Usually I do, but it depends how engrossed I am in the book. Some authors have a style that is vivid and descriptive, which lends itself to creating really great images in my head. Those are my favorite kinds of books!
