Im brand new here, but having this book of the month thing seems awesome because that way I kind of know how to direct my book dollars if you know what I mean. Ive also been meaning to buy the bone season, so now I guess i have no excuse not to.

I am new to onlinebookclub, and the first three reasons really wanted me to give up reading the forum , but I think the concept of short stories are great :) . Maybe for the next post mentioning some of the authors creative styles and how each author really captures a specific theme.

Loved the advice given about reading and taking notes to bring back for discussion!

I am guessing this forum was posted to create an attraction to look into the book for ourselves, but would of appreciated more about how the short stories differ from other books and why it would be a great discussion, as to some that have been posted in the past (so we can have something to compare to). Thank you for your post, hopefully will be able to check out the book soon!

No. If it's an informal review, you should place it here. Formal reviews are placed on the Private Review Team Forum.

I just finished reading "Holding Fire" and am getting my notes together to write a review. I will definitely say it's pretty awesome to be reading a collection of stories from those in a community like this one.

This sounds fun and exciting! I like the fact that the readers have a hand in helping out their writing career, plus you get to be the first to get to read them!! :D

It's ok if it isn't hard copy, e-books are fine with me. I understand though, wanting the hard copy.
