I am not currently near my bookshelf, but I have to say it is one of my Stephen King books. Those suckers are huge! The one I am currently reading is around 700 pages!

Technically, the thickest book I own is a Thesaurus, but I'm assuming we're talking about books that bring us reading enjoyment, so I'll have to go with A Collection of Poems by Alfred Tennyson. It's 655 pages long.

The thickest book I own is The Lord of the Rings, it has 1137 pages.

I took a better look at my bookshelf, and it turns out that the Tennyson book isn't my biggest one. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The Lord of the Rings, and my combined copy of The Chronicles of Narnia are bigger. Strangely enough, though, the Tennyson book looks bigger than all three of them :?

The Norton Anthology of Theory and Criticism, which has about 2758 pages.It's not only thick but rather large too :)

The thickest book I own is Catholicism: New Study Edition by Richard P. McBrien. I had to have it for a class I had to take years ago. Sitting in front of me on the shelf my thickest book is Eleanor and Franklin: The Story of Their Relationship Based on Eleanor Roosevelt's Private Papers by Joseph P. Lash.

As far as the most pages, it a Websters Dictionary with 1716. The thickest in size I have is one called Ghost Towns Of The West.

Stephen King's Under the Dome. It hurt my hands trying to read it, so I read it on my Kindle instead.
