Depends. Wintertime, some of my books eat a lot of "comfort food" (pasta, homemade bread, etc.) and fatten up a little. And they're not as motivated to work out or exercise. Then in spring they are desperately trying to get their beach bodies back. I have a very old copy of Leroux's The Phantom of the Opera that's sort of given up. No exercise, sodium-rich diet, etc. He's out of shape - cracked binding, dog-eared pages, and an inscription that says "To Billy, from Grandma - Christmas 1949" - but he's not terribly fat. I guess right now the thinnest would be a copy of The Happy Prince and Other Tales by Oscar Wilde. She's kept herself in great shape. (To be honest, I think she has her eye on White Fang, if you know what I mean. )

My book is Under The Bridge, I've had it since third grade because the author was from my hometown. It is signed, so I make sure no one touches it, but it is very thin and I sometimes can't see it between two books.

It's a collection of one-page comics. It's maybe sixty pages.

The smallest book in my library... Go The F*** To Sleep. Not totally appropriate for children, but great for parents!

It's a shame no one saw the humor in this. I did, but chose not to comment because I was laughing too hard. 8)

@ ALynn - Aww, thanks  I had fun writing it. I think it could actually be the basis for a fun short story.

I am a cheat, the smalles book I own is my Kindle... Actually when it comes to an actual book, I think the smallest I owned was Tess of the D'Urbavilles. I found it to be a sad and ironic story.

Chronicle of a Death Foretold by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. It has 120 pages but it's an awesome book.
