Yesterday - I read Garden of Stone by Alyson Richman through all day. I just let the housework and cooking go for the day!

Meg Cabot's The Boy Next Door - I had just taken the bar exam and was so sick of reading legal works that I binge read anything and everything else. Cabot's books are so easy to read and it was just the kind of light-hearted, entertaining book I needed. I think it took me about 6 hours.

The first and last time I ever read a book in one sitting was the first Hunger Games book about two and a half years ago. I saw that everyone was freaking out about the film on Facebook and all my friends were super excited and I had some time to kill. I read the whole book in one evening and I LOVED it. I'm now a pretty avid fan of the series.

Not recently due to lack of time. The last book I have read in a one sitting was Harry Potter a few years ago.

I very rarely do this. I did it with Harry Potter (maybe the 6th one) when it first came out. I read a book recently in two very short sittings that could have easily been one sitting if I had realized just how little time it would have taken me to read the whole thing.

Last week I read The Sound of Foot Steps by Diane Patterson. It is a shorter book and I read it in only a few hours but it was such a good book. The ending was very unexpected and I would actually recommend it. It is a free book available on amazon. :)

Besides children's books, I don't think I've ever read any book in one sitting. I'm too wiggly, and I start to lose concentration after a couple of hours. Or I fall asleep--haha!

Its been a while for me. I used to read shorter books in one sitting, but not any more. I cant concentrate for that long.

I have found that as I get older I can't seem to stay awake if I read for long periods of time regardless of how into the book I am. First my eyes just start to feel heavy and after awhile it is all I can do to keep them open. If I set the book down, even for a minute, and do something else I find a new energy, as-it-were, to begin reading again totally alert. So I consider the point moot of ever reading a book from cover to cover again in one sitting. I've done it a few times in my life but the last time must have been long ago because I cannot remember the book title.

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer...I got addicted quick okay!! The first one wasn't that bad. They just got progressively worse as they went on. It was such a relief when they finished...and the movies for the matter, which ironically, the first one was the best in as well.

Yesterday i finished Now and Forever by Susane Colasanti (my favorite YA author) in one sitting, give or take a break for diaper changes and feeding my newborn. It had been a while since i had time to finish a book that quickly.
