Usually there's something that's on my mind stressing me out then. Or I am just very very tired and need a nap or walk in the fresh air. Usually when the air is really stuffy where I am reading I tire more easily and feel my eyes getting dry and my attentions keeps on wandering.

Yep, happens to me too. I want to read and I lose my focus immediately. Thankfully it doesn't happen that often though.
