Sometimes, not often. I've re-read parts of books that I really like.

I usually don't reread books, because you know- some many books, so little time! The few times I've reread something is because I'm reading it to my kid as a goodnight story or something like that. Usually it's a book I've read as a kid myself or something I've read before because of my continuous love for children's books and now I've wanted to share with my kid.

I have such a long TBR list that it is hard for me to choose to go back and re-read a book instead. The few occasions in which I have done it were books I'd read in my middle school/high school years, such as The Phantom Tollbooth and A Crack in the Line. If I do try to re-read a book, I tend to skim. While I may have forgotten many of the details, the most excitement that I get from reading is not knowing what is going to happen next. Re-reading is like spoiling it for yourself.

I only do it when I have to study something. Maybe philosophy, maybe mathematics. If there's a concept I didn't quite understand or a certain chapter I want to re-read, then yeah, sure. I don't do it with fiction, I'm not into that, 'cause it usually reads very quickly and you don't need to understand every single sentence. I may do it with non fiction if I am particularly interested in the subject.

Yes, quite often with books that inspire me or that I find mentally engaging.

I reread books all the time. When I've not got a new book, I just select a book I've forgotten scenes in and reread it. it's always fun trying to remember details of the book.

When I see a book from my bookshelf and can't recall what happened in the story, that usually piques my interest to reread the book. I haven't actually reread any of them though. :shhh: :lol2:

I give time, like a month in between to forget elements of the story so I can reread and remind myself

I re-read a book that has absolutely enthralled and mesmerized me.
Basically, if I do infact re-read a book then that means that it's one of my favorites. However, I don't really have a lot of favorite books so I guess re-reading hasn't been a problem for me! :P

I have never re-read the same book but it is something that I want to start making a habit. I know that we should re-read and re-watch our favourite books and films at different times through our lives as our perspectives change.

I have a pretty massive book collection, and the only way I will re-read a book is if I have read through every other novel that I own.

I make it a point to reread one series each year. I usually knock that out in a few weeks just because I enjoy the books so much and I absolutely devour them. However, I do want to branch out a bit. Therefore, I make it a rule that I can only reread one series per year. The rest of the time, I try to put a dent in my to-read list.

I reread books. Usually my favorites. I don't enjoy rereading too often. Usually, I like to reread certain books no more than once a year.

Some books would give a deep impression to hearts. I would read them over and over again.
