What is your favorite time of day to read?

Post by Doodahday6 »

I enjoy reading anytime of day, but it is very relaxing to read right before going to bed.

I like to read during the morning on days when I have nothing else to do. Nothing compares to the feeling of knowing that you could just sit there for six hours and finish a whole book if you wanted to!

My favorite time to read during the day is right before I go to bed because I feel calm and no stress.

I can and like to read at anytime. I once didn't sleep for 34 hours because I was so hooked on a book, I hadn't even noticed that the night had been and gone. oops haha :D

I read throughout the day whenever I am in the mood and have the time, which is usually at work on break or in the mornings beforehand.

I read throughout the say. My favorite times are mornings and evenings, when it is quite.

I tend to read at night before going to sleep and I probably could not get to sleep without it but reading in the afternoons in my reading chair with a cup of tea is definitely my favourite time! Unfortunately I don't get to do it often :(

My favorite time to read is when I'm ion the car going to and from work, or school, etc. I unfortunately cannot drive at this time, and depending on the duration of the trip I can read anywhere between 16 and 36 pages per trip. On certain days thats' to and from school AND to and from work, so per day at a minimum I can get through close to a hundred pages in a day. Which is great because I like getting obsorbed into a book.
The joys of literature transcend the evils of the world. I believe in its miraculious baptism and emotional power of the words trickling down the page. To me, there is no higher artform...

I love to wake up and get a cup of steaming hot coffee and curl up in a chair and read. I don't get to do that very often but it is my favorite! I also really enjoy reading at night before I go to sleep.

I often read early in the morning for devotional/meditation. And throughout the day as I need to. My favorite time is lat at night, with a cat on my lap. Just me, my kitty, and a book with no telephone, TV, or other demands.

I love to read in the night. When everything is so quiet and there is no interruption from kids and hubby :) also love how I tend to dream about the books I read as well...so right before sleep is brilliant. except for when I read horror :(

Anytime of the day, so long as it's quiet, I have something to drink, and there's a slight chill in the air.
