I would say it was The Count of Monte Cristo (unabridged) by Alexandre Dumas at ~1,200 pages. The Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson was a longer page count, but I think the tiny font of Count made it longer. Two of my favorite books of all time.

It was a historical fiction book, came around 2000+ pages. Unfortunately for me i cant remember the name of the book OR the author which is a tragedy for me. It was so long ago i'm still hunting for it

Atlas Shrugged for sure. Over 1,000 pages and I just heard someone joke that it's in 8 pt font so it could have been longer, haha! Eventually I'll read Fountain Head by Ayn Rand as well. Quite a time commitment.

While I can't be sure this is accurate, Great Expectations certainly felt like the longest book I have ever read! It's rumored that Charles Dickens was paid by the word for his novels (while I think this is in fact just a rumor). Regardless, it's a hefty book to get through.

So far, the recent book of the month, Roan: The Tale of Conor Archer Volume 1 is the longest that I've read. It's 549 pages (including the Prologue). It didn't feel drawn out at all, so it didn't feel that long until I reached the final page. :techie-studyingbrown:

My longest happens to be "The Count of Monte Cristo" which clocks out at 1,276 pages.

I guess this should be Haruki Murakami, 1Q84 for me. Well this is the most recent longest book I've red and enjoyed every single page of it. Usually I don't go for number of pages and I get a bit annoyed by people asking me how many pages the book I'm reading has, but ocasionally I wish some books had more pages as I enjoyed them.

The Illuminae files parts one and two (Illuminae and Gemina). They're around 600 pages. Either 600 or 699, because I can never remember.

As was mentioned, sometimes the book feels short even if it had a lot of pages or vice versa. I think the font used and thickness of paper printed on also play roles. But for me, I think the longest book I've ever read is "A Little Life" by Hanya Yanagihara, which I started in the beginning of January and am STILL working on. It's only 720 pages, but because of the difficult and rather depressing subject matter, I'm finding it feels like an exceptionally long book.
