Yes, I do! Although I don't really use it... I tend to lose notion of time so when I look at the clock it's very late already and I don't really like the streets around it at that time: they're too empty for my taste.

There is a gated community in my county that has a little library behind their chapel. As an employee working for the owner's association I was allowed to use it. It is the only thing I miss about that job.

I've seen them, they're pretty cool. Unfortunately, the one in my area is still a fair way away

Wow that sounds like so much fun, I wish there was one around me. I've never even heard of this before!

People should envy those who have set up shop with their mini libraries at work, etc. Little things like that tell me that such places of work exude a very comfortable environment for their employees, promoting retention and, correspondingly, lessening attrition.

I don't have one in my community but my brother in law put one in his front yard for the neighborhood. He is also a teacher so promoting reading is a passion of his.

I have a free library in my area, but I also have a free bookstore! Basically, volunteers rescue books thar are destined for a landfill and then rent out space and people can go and take as many as they want. It's officially my favourite place!

I do, but I haven't used it yet. I think little free libraries are great ideas though and have been thinking of starting my own.

Unfortunately we don't have anything like that here. I have seen pictures of the little mailbox looking ones and think its a great idea! My bookcases are always open to family and friends though:)

Yes, in Austin, TX, where I live they had a little shelf in someone's yard where you could drive by and pick up or drop off books. Not sure if they have it still, but its a great idea.

I have a public library if that's what you mean. I also just found a cheap bookstore that I want to check out soon.

Yes. In our country there's a library in each town.

Yup, we have a small one down the street and a larger one in the center of town.
