It does bother me, but I will still read the book, it will only take longer because my eyes get tired easily ...

It isn't appealing but if the content is good you are hooked anyway!

I do struggle with small, compact print. I tend to use my kindle more now so I can adjust the font. My eyes don't get as tired and I can read more

If the book looks like a good one, then I will put up with the small print. But if it is really bothering me, than I will just switch to my Kindle (especially if the book is a classic one.)

Same here. I can't handle the small print. Too much straining on already bad eyes.

Yes, I hate it. I never choose that kind of a book :/

YES! My eyes are terrible. I walked into the eye doctor once and the assistant asked me where my dog and cane was. I suppose she thought it was amusing but I, at the time, found it terrifying. I wear both glasses and contacts but still find it difficult to read small print. My eyes get tired easily and the words all seem to run together after a while. With that being said I do find it easier to read when wearing my glasses. I'm not sure why (I also would rather drive, especially at night, wearing glasses).

Yes it sure does for me
Though that's where a book on a tablet/e-reader comes in handy

This about sums it up for me as well.

If print is too small and compacted, I cannot really read what it says!
Well, I can read it, but I end up re-reading everything over and over again...

I definitely "approach" the book differently. If the print is small and compact I prepare myself for lots of details and probably a slow start. Ridiculous preconceptions, I know. One of the reasons I love reading is to find out if my preconceptions were right!

Yes, I hate small print. I'm glad I do most of my reading on an e-reader now, so I can change the size of the print to whatever I want.

Small print is an absolute no-no for me. My eyesight just isn't good enough for it, even with glasses! I suppose I managed it well enough years ago, but now I'm just too old! My Kindle's a blessing in that respect. It's so easy to alter the print size.

Yes, small print discourages me from reading. It strains my eyes too much and afterwards I'll start having headaches.
