I believe that I would have to say my own self. Quite often while reading I find myself daydreaming and I come to and have to backtrack to see what I read and whether or not the daydreaming was the book being played in my mind (I was actually reading it) or if an idea sent my monkey brain off on a tangent. I get frustrated with myself when I have gotten lost and somehow ended up 5 to 6 pages ahead of where I remember leaving off.

My dogs seem to wait until I sit down with a book before they want my attention. And of course, they come first.

Superman. When he needs a ride to the airport. That doesn't even make sense.

I think people annoy me the most. When I'm reading and someone interrupts me or someone breaks my concentration is what annoys me the most when I'm reading a book I love

My non-reader husband asking about the book - 2 minutes after I've started reading!

Having to talk, and keep resuming a conversation. However I tend to choose times when I am alone, in the main.

There are so many! I guess I would have to say that the one that annoys me the most is when I finally get to sit down and do some reading and I start to fall asleep. I wind up forgetting what is going on and have to go back a few pages and read them all over again.

My children! They take my bookmarks out if I'm reading an actual book. It takes so much time to find out where I am!

"Oh, are you Reading?" Clearly I am.
"What's the title?" Read the cover.
"What's it about?" This is about the time I sigh loudly.
"you know, I once read this book about..." and then proceeds to tell me about this great book they read that literally couldn't be farther from what I am reading, but because they once read a book we are now book-ish kindred spirits.

When my mind starts to wander, but my eyes keep reading. Then a page goes by and I have no idea what happened!

People talking to me when I am reading. When I get home, I do a bunch of things around the house and then I just want to sit down for an hour of me time and read my book. My boyfriend can go that whole time I am doing things around the house and not ask me questions. But the second I sit down to read my book, its like the world ended and he can't find this or that, or he wants to know this or that. It is very frustrating.

Yes! What is it about the sight of a book that makes people unable to be quiet? Especially when they've had time before that to talk? I don't get it

Sometimes I'll put down a book to talk though, I'll sacrifice

Small talks and humming or singing...especially when it goes off key can really interfere with my reading and can be very annoying
