I like to read in bed, right before I go to sleep. It makes me happy and it clear my mind. However, if I want to just read in the middle of the day I prefer to cozy up on the cough, propped up with a few pillows. I get myself into reading position and I can read for hours. As long as I do not have to actually hold the book up, because it gets extremely tiring for some of the heavier books (hence the pillows).

My ultimate reading environment would be in my home by a window while sitting in a rocking chair and my coffee cup in hand. I especially enjoy this setting when it is cloudy and/or raining outside. It just makes this environment that much more cozy for me.

I love to read in the bathtub. It's so relaxing and quiet. I have yet to drop a book in the water too! ;)

I enjoy reading in my big arm chair with my cat next to me drinking a cup of hot tea.

Sat in a comfy chair, blanket wrapped round me, with a nice cup of coffee. Can't beat that :)

I like to read in a hammock out in the yard in the summer time. In the winter it is usually a comfy chair with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate by my side.

I love reading outside on the grass in my yard. Something about the smell of grass with the chirping of birds that is completely relaxing. Unfortunately right now my lawn is covered in snow (another love), so I have to settle for my couch.

I can read almost literally anywhere, but a dream spot would be in a nice comfy chair on a grey day listening to the rain come down. That sounds like the perfect day.

On the beach with a piña colada, bubble bath and wine, or cozied up near a window during a thunderstorm. So rain or shine, I'm reading :)

My craft room is in my basement and there is a futon, and a canopy and fairy lights and I have a fire stick so I can have music. It's kind of cold so a blanket and a cup of tea and soft ambient music with the fairy lights on is perfect. My pantry is down there too, so If I need another drink or a snack it's nearby!

If I want to go outside, I like to do a big blanket under a shady tree. sounds cliche, but it's great to get lost in a book while still getting air and sun.

My absolutely favorite spot is in Seattle. I drive to one of the coastal towns, preferably somewhere near the ferry ports and love to sit on a bench, listen to the ocean and stare out while getting wrapped up in the story at the same time. Since I don't live there yet :( my next favorite spot is on my couch with the window up and the nice spring breeze rolling through. I also have a little porch where I can bring out a blanket and curl up. As long as the place isn't ridiculously noisy like a club I can read anywhere really.

In my sunroom, early in the morning when I have nothing scheduled for the day, dogs curled beside me keeping my toes warm.

I can actually read anywhere. Just give me a good book and I can read it anywhere. On the bus, train, car, home, while cooking, while studying, in the toilet.. But a really nice setting would be snuggled up in bed, with a good cup of coffee in my quiet room.
